Kristyna is a Mother, wife, certified INNATE Postpartum Care Provider, Pregnancy Dialogue™ facilitator and Pre & Perinatal Psychology Educator (PPNE). She accompanies Mothers with a holistic approach to conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She offers time-tested wisdom interwoven with modern science to support women’s long-term health & vitality creating solid foundations for thriving family systems. She believes that Maternal Health is foundational to the health of humanity and that the biggest social justice movement we can engage in is breaking the cycles of competitive detachment and raising our children in connection right from the very beginning of life.

Alongside her husband Arnaud, she is raising her son at home with the physical, emotional and spiritual nourishment of nature, family and community.  Together they are deeply passionate about helping other parents create a deeply connected natural way of life for their families.
